If you use UPS to send small packages to the fulfillment centers listed below, you will need to provide an alternate address. Please review the instructions below to ensure your shipment is delivered correctly and not returned.
Due to UPS network operating limitations, UPS is unable to process a large number of shipments that are labeled to the actual address of the fulfillment center listed. To address this issue, we are working with UPS to reroute shipments to a nearby alternate UPS location.
If you use a partnered carrier and print your label from Seller Central, a shipping label will be automatically generated with the correct alternate address.
If you arrange shipping with UPS yourself, you must print your own labels with this alternate address. You may still use the physical address of the fulfillment center listed when shipping products via other carriers.
